  LEADERSHIP @ HPU

pict-leadershipStudents have the opportunity to experience leadership by getting involved in undergraduate student government, RIOs and as Orientation Leaders during New Student Orientation.

Student Government

The Hawai`i Pacific University Student Government Association is the undergraduate student governing body.  All students taking at least two classes are members of ASHPU and may attend weekly meetings.

Registered Independent Organizations

There are seventy clubs and organizations that give students an opportunity to contribute to campus life at Hawai‘i Pacific University.  These Registered Independent Organizations (RIOs) provide a wide range of social, academic, recreational, and community service activities to encourage student participation.
